What’s the most valuable thing you’ve ever found at a thrift store or garage sale?

Wow, I haven't been to one in ages so I don't even remember. I do want to start hitting the local yard sales tho to see if there's anything I can put on eBay. :)

I found a gorgeous leather bomber jacket, fully lined, obviously very expensive, in a thrift store for $20.00. It had a slight tear in it which I repaired with some fabric glue and which was invisible after repair.

I've been staying away from garage sales. Because most of the garage sales I've gone to are on the bad side of town and people just sale broken stuff or junk that I don't want or need.

Wrong side the tracks, eh? hehehe

I buy all of my clothes at a thrift store, they sell clothes that other people turn into them,a lot of the clothes that people turn in there are brand new with the tags still on them and everything.

Same here. In fact last weekend, I found 2 pair of Jeans that have never been worn and got both pairs for $10.

I haven't purchased clothes in years. lol

That's awesome and there is nothing wrong with that, they have such good prices, just like buying brand new clothes ☺️

I just look some old books on thrift shops. If I am lucky, I can buy some books created by renowned authors.

It is almost the same thing for me. I like thrift sales because you would always buy fairly usef things very cheap
