I mean, I am working on growing some fun bags and cutting my balls off, so...yeah, I'm hardcore!
I try to not get addicted but yeah it's really hard these days especially when basically every aspect of your life involves a piece of technology. What I do to reduce it is something like not reading comments/replies on social media (though sometimes it's very tempting) because sometimes that's where the toxicity comes from
Indeed. I'd say I am addicted. Because when I take a break from phones or computers, I go watch TV.. or go to the movies. Thats still a screen and technology! Lol. I guess I should play more board games with my peeps.
