If you mean outside of the internet, I don't really notice it much unless it's an ad that's really well made visually or just has a funny theme to it, like those "Your Wife is Hot" billboards you see on the highways in Florida for an A/C company. XD
It bothers me in certain contexts. In others, I can ignore. I took a lot of communications/media studies and learned more about marketing ploys, how to read what they mean and the ultimate goal behind them. We are surrounded by ads and I think it's important for consumers to become more literate about advertisements.
