ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Brandon Bartley, 26, of Albany, was sentenced on Tuesday to 15 years in prison for trafficking large quantities of drugs and for possessing dozens of firearms. Bartley pleaded guilty back in May.
As part of his plea, Bartley confessed to conspiring to distribute fentanyl, meth, and cocaine from his apartment on Western Avenue in Albany. On May 23, 2023, law enforcement executed a search warrant at his residence and recovered over 15 pounds of meth pills, over 14 ounces of fentanyl pills, more than 24 ounces of cocaine, and 34 guns, including a loaded handgun.
