All kids get a trophy?

You can't win every time and you just have to acknowledge and accept that. Handing out awards to losers gives a false impression and is not good.

Yes, teach them to be selfish sociopaths who will hoard all the money to themselves when they become rich and successful. That's exactly what this world needs - more greedy humans who will dedicate their lives to stomping over everyone else on their way to victory and further deepen the social gap. Bravo!

Kids being awarded trophies for winning at sports they're playing doesn't teach them that.
