yes, that happened months back, and yes, wwe or even tna should have a hardcore division and bring back the hardcore championship to make things awesome again!

And speaking of Hardcore, I was reading about one of the Japanese promotions and their Hardcore title having changed hands by the same two guys around like 64 times in one night.
