Your thoughts about the bus driver blowing up on the kids?

VERMILION, Ohio — "How much more do you expect me to (expletive) take?"
The viral video that shows Amherst bus driver Jackie Miller using profanities and yelling at students has been viewed millions of times on social media.
Now she's sharing her side of the story with 3News' Bri Buckley.
"That particular day was challenging to say the very least because it started the minute this core group of students got on the bus," Miller said.

She said a group of kids on her bus constantly act out, purposefully instigating her for the last two years, and she finally had enough.
"I'm sorry for the way this went down, I truly am," Miller said. "I do apologize for my actions, but I won't take it back."

I don't think she'll keep her job but it won't that; I think the public will raise up a stink over it and the school district'll have to get rid of her to please them.

Well, I think she expressed a human frailty...she justifiably lost control of her temper. Should not happen with kids or 'mental' patients in care facilities; misbehavior has got to be expected.
Maybe hard for me to understand because when I or my kids rode a school bus there were rules the kids had to abide by or there were consequences. Depending on the complaint the kid(s) could be dis-allowed on the bus for a specific time....week - remainder of school year - forever. And a school bus driver was either respected or feared.
So, I think the knee-jerk action of the school to immediately fire the bus driver may not be justified; her years of endurance should count for something; but maybe the lady is of an age to enjoy retirement.
Sign of "the times" I reckon.
