Do you like to go to theme parks?

Which ones are in your area?

(if you want, post the theme park's website so we can check what kind of rides it has)

I love them! There is three within an hour (or two) drive around here..

Great America - http://www.cagreatamerica.com

Beach Boardwalk - http://beachboardwalk.com/

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - http://www.sixflags.com/discoveryKingdom/

I haven't been to Discovery Kingdom in years and it was called Marine World back then. I suppose that would be the next one I go to as Ive heard it has a lot more stuff added onto it. Great America is funner and has a lot more rides / things to do but the Boardwalk is on the beach so you can go swimming and lay on the beach in between going on rides.. We went to the boardwalk today and had a blast.

We don't have any theme parks as such, we are not that sort of city, but every year we have The Royal Adelaide Show which has rides and things like that there. It's good fun.

Well there is no theme parks in my town either. I have to drive like an hour to get to good ones. We do have two places with go carts, bumper boats, mini golf and an arcade.

I don't mind them. Not a big fan, though. Don't really like rollercoasters but I do like going on the water slides

I like to go to six flags that is located in Southern California. I have also been to Six flags Mexico which is not that great.

Same here.

I used to love rollercoasters! I went on my first rides in Dreamworld, Australia when I was 12! Now I'm too afraid to ride on a pirate ship :/

None in my town but there's a theme park like 45 minutes drive away from where I currently am. None in Hilo, Hawaii.

Went to Lotte World in Seoul like two weeks ago!

Water slides FTW!

There is only one about 30 mins away from where I live called Canada's Wonderland.

Haven't been there in a while though but I did have a lot fun going there before.

I live around Camel Beach waterpark and an hour or so from Hershey Park

Great places

The only real theme parks I've gone to are Quaywest which is a waterpark, and umm...one that I don't recall the name of. Quaywest is great fun, but I haven't been in some time. Their death slides were fuuuuun.

I've been to Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA three times. It's a really great amusement park, and I love every ride there.

The closest, biggest theme park to me is Silverwood in Idaho, but I've never been. There's always Enchanted Forest, but I'll pass on that. Coming from southern California and living thirty minutes away from Disneyland for over a decade of my life makes everything else pale in comparison. Six Flags is there, too, as is Knotts and Universal. I kind of grew up in theme park capital, but I don't live in so Cal anymore.

I just drove down there to visit Disneyland/California Adventure for 3 days about 2 weeks ago. I miss it already!

Me personally I love theme parks.

There is on in Denver called Elitch Gardens it's a decent one.

other then that there are quite a few that I wish I could go to often that I don't get to.

There is only one in Costa Rica (Parque de Diversiones). I've visited there four times since 2007.
