I joined some in the past 20 years and I see nothing wrong with them.Do you ever join anime forums?

Japan - Legend was one of the very first forums I ever joined. It opened in 2007. Activity has been going downhill for many years now for the community. And since last month, it has been showing this message consistently.

They put that 'Try again' button just to taunt you

I wouldn't be surprised if they did close permanently. It was always mostly dead with most of the founding members barely logging on.
I was actually curious about anime forums that's on a group promotion site. I was checking out the ones they have listed and a good majority of them are closed. Anime is still popular so not sure what that's about.
