I get them a lot, I have a really bad stress and anxiety problem, I can feel an anxiety attack comming along and I hate getting them. Anyone else get these?

I had them for a while (a week or so) when my insomnia got really bad. I immediately went to the doctor and got meds that help me get better. Really sucked though, I was even hyperventilating at some point.

Wow insomnia would really suck :/. My depression makes my anxiety 2x times worse and it seems like when I get stressed, I get really stressed and hopefully at my next doctors appointment I can ask for some advice since I don't like taking meds.

By the looks of it, an antidepressant wouldn't hurt tbh.

Yeah I talked to my doctor about that, but she wants to wait until I'm done the whole grieving process and stuff to see if it's still really bad. Thanks though =)

I got twice of those from the past three years only that they were panic attacks. Almost lost my life from the first one back in 2007

theyre more common then you think, some people just deal with them better then others, all boils down to your nervous system. 9 times out of 10 they are physiological.
