Any Games That Aren't Backwards Compatible But Should Be?

Is there a game that should be backwards compatible (PS line or Xbox line), but isn't? Whether for licensing purposes or because the studio went bust, or even other reasons entirely.

For me, I'd love to see Advent Rising made backwards compatible. I know it eventually came out for PC, but it's one of those games I'd like to see on the One/Series consoles. It was quite a good game, Mass Effect before Mass Effect!

Xenosaga should have gotten a remaster a long time ago. It was and still is a great game. I used to play it a lot on the PS2 and for more fun, a game shark.
