Anyone has a Sleep Disorder too?

It's different from insomnia. Sometimes I sleep like a baby, really great, sometimes I sleep like shit, barely a few hours, then the day after I have to catch up on sleep. That disorder alone makes me eligible for disability. But ever since taking Lyrica, 50mg at bedtime, my mood tranquilizer (I've been able to sleep better with a more regular sleep pattern or schedule). My therapist/psychiatrist says it's because I'm neurotypical and have ADHD too personally. What about you? Do you have a sleep disorder?

Sometimes I sleep fine, other times I can't sleep at all, so I just roll from side to side, lay on the back for awhile, roll over again, etc.

Despite being awake all day, sometimes I don't feel sleepy at all. I go to bed around, say, 22:00 (10:00 PM) hours, fall asleep rather quickly, wake up two hours later around midnight and can't sleep anymore, like I just spent all night sleeping. My eyes are wide open and I have to forcibly keep them closed.

Sleep apnea here. I have been using a CPAP since around 2020-2021. Although I haven't been QUITE using it as I should... I got better now and tend to use it every night.

I take a sleeping pill on weeknights just to get some sleep and be up at 5am. Otherwise I'd be up all night.
