I can relate to that but I don’t have the disorder you mentioned. Must be a struggle to deal with that.

I'm introverted, but have learnt how to deal with social situations and communicating with people in a non-anxious way.

I still need a lot of time to recharge and don't really enjoy being social but try and put myself out there.
