Are 'SimCity' And 'Tetris' Unbeatable?

I'm listening to other things that don't allow me to listen to the video right now, so I don't really get what you mean by 'unbeatable'. SimCity is definitely beatable in both terms, the newly released game "Cities: Skylines" has proved a far better game than SimCity and also, SimCity can be beat because you can create a city that can just thrive by itself.
