Are you more of a tea or coffee drinker?

Is that a thing you hook up to your kitchen sink?
It's a pitcher that goes in the fridge. It has a 5 stage filter that removes a lot more stuff than like Pur or Brita (both of which we used for years). I wasn't sure when it first came out, as it was more expensive, so we never tried it.

But we finally did, and wow, what a difference!!

If I don't jump start my body first thing in the morning it simply won't function. Also if I don't drink a minimum of 4 cups per day I get headaches. I do believe that I am addicted to the caffeine.

I prefer tea in general, but I also don't drink much of anything with caffeine. I grew up with a heart condition and constant palpitations, so I wasn't really allowed to have it until after I had surgery less than a decade ago to begin with. I do have some caffeine on occasion, but I usually only have it when I have severe pain/migraines that I want to have it for the sake of helping my pain medication work better (it's said caffeine is good at making certain NSAIDs work better and stuff). However, since I still tend towards high heart rate to an extent (though not as bad as when I was younger) I generally prefer to have caffeine in a pill form that mixes it with another chemical that helps keep me from getting the jitters and such.

My preference for tea is mostly due to taste more than anything else though. I'm really bad with acidic/bitter things like coffee and the only way I can handle it is with it being at least like 50% milk in my cup anyway. Tea is easier on my tongue.. but I don't like black tea either for the bitterness. I only really like certain herbal teas and green tea. :)

EDIT: I just realized scrolling back up I didn't notice i posted here a long time ago... But I think it's not so bad since i actually gave more of an explanation this time? ;-; Sorry.

@Juneberry
You can get decaffeinated tea and coffee today. I drink them both because caffeine tends to make me anxious.
I'm totally insane and am only one step away from being forced into a straight jacket and being put inside a rubber room. Being a little 'anxious' for a nutcase like me would go completely unnoticed.:!:Jk.

I do get them sometimes. Herbal tea is generally decaf naturally, for example. But since I rarely drink them in general (especially coffee I don't drink much since I also am just not big on the taste) and it's hard to find iced tea that's decaf for me... I just stick to other things. (I don't tend to drink hot drinks very often in general, so most of my tea/coffee is cold xD)

I'm now addicted to this drink from "Bolthouse Farms". It's a 100% naturally sourced arabica coffee Mocha Cappuccino chilled drink. OMG . hehe

:coffee2: - I feel like this emoji is made for me.

Coffee, but I probably drink too much of the stuff and often struggle with sleep, hence why I'm currently online at 3:40am..

I also enjoy Green Tea, Earl Grey, and of course sweet tea (I live in the South). :)

I don't much care for tea. I'll drink coffee sometimes, but the caffeine aggravates my anxiety.

I drink iced tea if anything else. Coffee does nothing for me.

Tea is truly disgusting, which is why I hate it.

There is so many different kinds. You tried all of them? :P

Also a lot of times when you order tea out and its too strong, just ask for a glass of water too and you can dilute it to your tastes.

Neither, I'm more of a hot chocolate drinker. I don't like the taste of coffee or tea so I never drink it. I'll drink me some hot chocolate though lol
