Personally, I'm not on one because I exercise and workout daily on my treadmill and stationary bike for 45 minutes each daily. But maybe you are on one, please tell me which one you are on. Thank you very much. And you personally? Are you on a diet yourself in your eyes?

Really BIG for spending that much time on those two pieces of exercise equipment!
I wish more of us had that much sticktoitiveness. :D

Me too, I have a treadmill and elliptical in my house collecting dust as we speak

Nope. I was put on a 'healthy choices' diet in junior high but never stuck to it.

What does that consist of?
I don't even recall. This was way back in junior high school. All those medications the school insisted I be put on caused me to gain weight and I've never been the same since. I know that it did not take long for the school to realize I am a picky eater and stop.

The school was making you go on a diet? I would have thought that would be up to the parents.

I hope to high heaven that we (U.S.) are out of the idiotic phase of teachers playing doctor; diagnosing and prescribing mind-altering drugs for little children. :verymad:

Definitely the see-food diet.

I should be on a diabetic diet but I never stick to it.
