My husband. Apparently I wasn't listening to what he was saying and everything he said I was misinterpreting.
Last argument I had was last week with a co-worker. After each shift, the ambulance has to be cleaned (inside) and restocked. There is a log that you have to fill out that you have completed this task. I noticed that the co-worker has not done this task in over two weeks. He just leaves it up to someone else to do.
I told him (as the crew leader) that he needs to start pulling his weight and helping out. He went off saying he was the only one cleaning and he was getting sick of it. I went off on him as the log doesn't lie. After a few choice words were exchanged, he apologized and signed up to clean & restock for 3 straight days.
