Really? How could this guy be so stupid especially after the shooting awhile back? :(
I've been to that theater it's not too far from me.

Cassidy Delavergne wasn't charged with crimes related to the gun or 34 rounds of ammunition. But he was charged Wednesday with possessing a phony Central Intelligence Agency identification card.

What the heck? They're more concerned he had a fake CIA ID card than the fact he had a gun and 34 rounds of ammunition. That's plain asinine! :s
 
I don't think a CIA ID would allay my concerns as to why he was just sat in a movie theatre in kevlar and packing a handcannon...
