Who wants to cover this bet?

If and When they take the titles from Lance... the ICU (the International Cycling Union that certifies the winners) will find some Frenchman from back in the peloton to take his place on he podium.

Because everybody else that finished in the top dozen were all doing exactly the same thing.

Since the USADA is a PRIVATE organization, what law enforcement authority do they have to bring this charge?

Lance survived cancer and got on with his life. These people need to do the same thing!

It's not a legal charge as in he could end up in prison.

It is a sports governing body charge where they could strip his titles.

The statements by Hamilton and the others are pretty much sour grapes and envious blather from attention whores who couldn't get a gig on Celebrity Apprentice.

Do they have nothing better to do than dredge up AGAIN something that may or may not have happened 16 years ago?

Not really, it's their job.

They only find out about new methods of cheating years after they've been invented
