The Flex "spray rubber" Seal-ant stuff, DOES work, for a short time, but, is not the permanent fix as they claim.
I buy it at the dollar store on clearance and use it around the seams of my motor home's roof. It's good for a month or two, but then it dries out and peels off.

My brother was given the "magical defrosting sheet" a couple of years ago.
After several trial runs, he declared it useless. Stuff defrosts faster in the package in the sink with a drizzle of water running over it.
