Avatar like image

I am looking to have an avatar like image made. 273 x 221. I'd like to have two whitened out heads facing one another as if clashing. In one head an 'M' inside it, same for the other. A red color perhaps. And as for the background, black is likely a good choice. But if you wish to add something a little extra you think would look good. Feel free.

Just curious what this avatar like image symbolizes and do you want male or female heads used?

Well it symbolizes what I call Mind Meld, which is the interview section on my site. As for the male/female heads. I'm guessing male would work since the image of the head itself would be an all white blank like look.
