I don't. But my mother does from a motorcycle wreck she had back in 2003. She and my step dad sued the guy and he had to cover her medical expenses because he ran a red light and pulled out in front of her. They had to do several surgeries to her back and neck. She almost died. But today, it's extremely hard for her to bend over or do a lot of manual labor for a extended period of time without experiencing chronic pain.
I did a few times and the only thing that seems to do quite well was heat and plenty of it. It even did wonders in the death of summer. 
My family has a history of bad backs and I never had the best health styles growing up and now my back is really paying for it.
