I just watched a video on YouTube of a guy on a bicycle in San Francisco who was cut off and practically hit by a car making a right turn into a parking lot. The guy then stopped his car in the middle of the bike lane and got out of his car so he could scream at the cyclist for not stopping so he could finish his turn.  Here's the video:

I hope most if not all of you realize this is ILLEGAL, and that you're not as stupid as the people commenting in the comments.  I realize this is also YouTube, so some of the comments are purely ridiculous.  I made sure to post a link to the California Driver's Handbook with rules of sharing the road with other vehicles in the comments section myself but I'm sure it'll be downvoted to hell because of a lack of intelligence in this country, especially surrounding how to operate a motor vehicle.

So!  Do you guys find that the place where you live has bad drivers?  Oregon is constantly regarded as one of the 'nicest' states to drive in, but I find that a crock of shit.  There are bad, oblivious, and rude as hell drivers who would quickly prove that wrong.

I know that street, I actually witnessed two guys fist fighting a couple blocks over over some road rage thing a while back. SF is a jam packed traffic nightmare and tensions are high. I get stressed out even thinking about driving around that city.

Things are a little calmer in my immediate area but I still see my share of dumb drivers and people flipping each other off / shouting from their windows.

I could understand getting mad if the cyclist had actually done something wrong, but he was completely in the right and did nothing wrong other than maybe confronting the guy when he came out at him.  It's just sickening that this guy will probably get nothing but a fine and still be allowed to drive.  If he goes as far as to kick his bike, who knows what else he'll do.

Probably suffering from short man syndrome. :P

Lol, he did look pretty short.

We have a lot of Canadian tourists where I live. They are the WORST drivers and cause a lot of accidents. They apparently don't know what a stop sign is or how to yield the right of way. When I see a vehicle with a Canadian license plate, I stay as far away from them as possible.

I've driven in over half the US States and a couple of Canadian Providences.

Worst Drivers, all categories, all conditions, all times of the day, etc.....

Washington D.C.

If you like your car, stay the HELL out of that city.

I live in SoCal. And guess what? The drivers there are a bunch of assholes.

I grew up in Fresno/Huntington Beach and I have family all over the state, so when we go down there, driving is so almost nightmarish. You need to know where you're going, especially down in LA/OC cause you can get lost on those freeways easily.  And fully expect to be tailgated and see no use of blinkers.

I think they need to be stricter on people.

Not just making it more difficult for some one to get their license. But for instance if a wreck was someone's fault. Than they should suspend their license for over a year or something like that.

One day I was in town and was almost hit by 4 different people. I swear the US hands out driver's licenses like candy. Just because some one can drive, doesn't mean they should.

Their are a lot of people who abuse it.

Depending on the severity of the accident, maybe, but fender benders and the like that may have genuinely been an accident shouldn't require a suspension of your license. However, if there is footage like this to support road rage and reckless driving, then yeah, maybe that guy should have his license suspended.
