Only trouble is, that sometime is not often enough.....

Yeah only took me 13 years haha. It's weird to not smoke though lol. But, it's for the best and I feel great now so I guess I can't really complain

That's good to hear. Keep it up! Smoking is a nasty habit that will kill you.

Although I rarely do it any more, I would consider biting my nails to be a bad habit.

The other bad habit I have is when I'm tired, nervous, or bored I twirl a strand of hair around my index finger. I never realized I did this until it was pointed out to me by several people. I still do it sometimes but then catch myself and stop.

If it wasn't for the bad habits I have, I probably wouldn't have ANY habits at all.
