I think that every commercial you see has professional stunts, whether if it is fiction, on a closed course, or just stupid.

Seriously, you directors and producers have a filthy mind and idea for commercials, and you're encouraging everybody to do such stunts like these. You are corrupt, you are dumbasses, and you need to write a better script.

So what do you think about the future of commercials? Should you ban stunts to prevent encouragement or leave it as is?

Should we also ban movies from having action in them? If people are dumb enough to emulate what they see on TV, that's not the fault of the media. Not to mention, most commercials state DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME so if you do...you're an idiot.

People want to be like "daredevils" or "auto racers".

Removing the simple phrase reading "Do not attempt" won't hurt a single bit if keeping the stunts.

I actually like stunts, and if people are dumb enough to ignore the warnings....they can blame themselves if it goes wrong.

So your complaint is that people will do stupid things regardless of whether they're told not to or not. As a level-headed human being, I can safely say I've never tried to ride my motorcycle through a burning ring of fire, despite TV showing it in commercials. I'm quite sure the majority of people are like me. Commercials are for sales purposes, they make you think "hey this is cool, I want it". What is more likely to entice you to buy something, anything at all? A 30-second clip of awesome angles, gameplay videos, movie clips etc, or a white background with one guy talking in a monotone voice about how this product is the best?

I say they should put in more stunts! Purge the idiots! :P

This sounds like it might work, it'd be original enough to :P

Why do TV commercials have these disclaimers and warnings about their stunts, but not TV shows or silver screen movies?

I'd likely sign a bill to make all media mandatory to place warnings on movies.

For example, with Fast & Furious:
"The following feature presentation contains stunts which may be considered dangerous. The producers of this video advise you to not attempt any of these stunts for safety purposes."
