I cook out on the charcoal grill a lot, but not as much as I would like to.
We used to host large GTs where on occasion fifty to eighty people would show up. Back then I had a 55 gallon steel drum cut in half and made into a cooker that could light up with 30 to 40 pounds of coals. The grill I have now is much smaller and only serves my immediate family.
I do make some very good BBQ pork ribs which takes most of the day and is a lot of work, but they usually come out very good and have been very popular.
