Bebe Rexha has offered an update on how she's recovering just days after she was struck in the face with a cell phone while performing on stage.

On Friday, the 33-year-old singer posted a new photo of her healing bruises on Twitter, giving a close-up shot of her left eye.

Crazy. The guy who did it said he threw it at her because he "thought it would be funny".

Ouch, a cell phone is a blunt object. Especially mine (I have the iPhone pro max 14). It would be like getting hit with a brick.

It is going to be hilarious if she sues him for the cost of her medical bill.. and for the assault. It would serve him right for doing it and thinking violence against someone would be funny..

This is becoming a thing for artists getting hit with stuff at concerts. Why would people even do that?

More importantly, who is starting these trends?

A few years ago it was people doing dumb shit with milk crates and then they were licking toilet seats in public bathrooms just before the Covid shit hit the fan and now they are just straight up assaulting people?

You would think that people would know better than to do something like this.. and realize that there would be consequences..

It is like people have lost their minds.. but then again maybe having covid made more likely than not.. people have been doing wild shit since things started returning to normal post-Covid..
