If I'm sleeping in my own bed at home then I go to bed au natural. I cannot stand anything on me when I sleep! If I'm not sleeping in my own bed then the most I will put on is a long mens t-shirt.

I don't go all out and wear Pj's, I usually keep the shirt I wore during the day and put on some comfortable pants (sweatpants, pajama bottoms)

In the summer, pajama shorts and a loose shirt or tank top. In the winter, pajama pants and same top as the summer.
