When do you usually go to bed?

I usually go to bed around 2am lately.

I usually try to get to bed around 10PM or so. If I have a very late shift at work, I could be up until 2AM or 3AM. Not something I particularly enjoy, but it's life.

I guess you could say I'm more of a morning person.

Usually around 4-5 AM. I work second shift so once I get home, I am wired and don't feel like sleeping.

In the warmer months, I try to go to bed quite early so I can get up early and go cycling
