Best and worst years in your opinion

Best years haven't really gotten here yet for me. The best years will be when I'm married and have children. The worst years were my younger years (up to the age of 17). They were bad only because my dad was in the military and we moved all the time. It's hard when you're younger to make and keep friends when you're never in one place for a long period of time.
Best years IMO: 2001, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2011. During those years almost nothing bad happened to me. Especially 2011, which cured all the mess 2009 did.
Average years IMO: 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2012. Especially 2004, because I went to another school and didn't know anyone at there back then.
Worst years IMO: 2002, 2003, 2009 and recently 2013. To be quite honest, 2013 ended up as a replica of 2003 due to misunderstandings and friendship loses. 2009 though, was even worse: financial issues, not being adapted to high school so easily, my cellphone being robbed (October 2, 2009) and then the drama I had to live at an internet cafe near school (March 25, 2010). The latter was just a consequence of 2009 being bad. Tried everything in 2010 but failed, and finally I built my newer version of my own self in 2011, by playing through unlicensed Chinese games as a hobby.

I say all of my years of me living have been the BEST years.
Even though some bad things happened throughout the years, I've still had fun and enjoyed myself, so I still think ALL of the years were great!

Adding 2014 to the list of the worst.
Reasons why: was excluded at college all the time, failed at three courses (2nd semester), was extremely hard to make friends there along with trust issues consequence from the 2013 drama.

My early to mid teenage years were hell, after that things picked up
