Best Batman actor?

In your opinion. Which actor was the best Batman?

I'm not sure. I've never actually thought about this particular topic. I think each actor brought something to the table and did the job just fine.

I really liked Christian Bale's Batman. I felt that there was a lot more effort put into his Batman then there was into the others. I just felt his was better in every way imaginable.

Personally, for me:

1. Ben Affleck (by far)
2. Christian Bale
3. Michael Keaton

I don't much like the rest, as far as live action is concerned.

I forgot about this actor until I asked my brother the OP question: Val Kilmer often doesn't come up when people think about the best Batman actors but he was seriously underrated as the Caped Crusader. As people look back on his life and his work, many are returning to Kilmer's performance as Bruce Wayne and Batman in Joel Schumacher's often overlooked Batman Forever.

I think they are all good in their own way, though I enjoy Ben Affleck the most.
