Best Board Game?

In your opinion, what is the best board game out there?

Risk and Settlers of Catan are the two board games I play most, but there are plenty of good board games!

I always enjoyed Coppit when I was younger. It was for up to six players, and each player had a coloured base with 4 game pieces. Roll the dice and pick a piece to move around the board. To win, you had to capture your opponents' game pieces by landing on them, then taking them back to your base to imprison them. If your piece gets captured before you can finish trapping an opponent, they can release their own piece when they return to base.

I spent so long playing it with my siblings.

I played Chess in the elementary school era. (I was 11 or so), and I'm back to it now.

I would probably have the same two games but in the other order. Hard to say though as I have liked chess for about twenty years now, but only last year did I fall in love with Scrabble.
