Definitely any time we went to Disneyland. I love Disneyland so much, and with the add-on of California Adventure, there's just so much more to do there now. I hope to get down south again soon so we can go spend a few days there. 
Spending weekends with my grandparents.
I remember when my mom and them agreed I was old enough to take a train or a bus down to my grandparents house (100 miles away). Grandma would send the tickets in the mail and I'd travel down there solo. I felt so independent.
