What's something that's better when it's used than brand new?

iPhones in general. Older models are sold for cheap when they're used.

Anything leather as it's already "broken in" for you. Some examples: Baseball/Softball gloves, leather jackets and leather pants.

I'd add shoes to that, for the same reason. New footwear can cause blisters until sufficiently broken in. Ouch.
