Big or Small phones?

Do you prefer a larger screen on your phone, or do you like a more compact size?

I prefer a smaller phone, like the size of an iPhone 5. That's a pretty good size. I'm not hugely keen on anything much bigger, but I'm okay with my HTC Desire 601. That's fine. You just get used to it. I prefer smaller, though.

I have a very small LG TracFone. Since I rarely use it, it's a good size for me.

3.5" here. Though I prefer 4-4.5" replacements. Not phablets though.

A 6 inch phone could fit in my pocket on most of my shorts and pants.

Big. I cant use keypads or touchscreens easy so I need a phone with a big screen. the bigger the better. I have a samsung galaxy note.

Yeah the keyboard was all squished on my old phone... The keyboard has room to breath on this phone. Makes typing much easier.

Mine's a Galaxy S3 Mini VE. 4-inched replacement. I don't mind its size but I got it because I was sick of the ARMv6's sluggish performance in games (I had a SGA S5830M). The one I have now is ARMv7.
