We had a success with my wife on birth control the first go around until we decided to actually have a child. She'll go on it again until we decide for our second but I feel like birth control is much more of a woman's preference and shouldn't be decided by men.![]()
While I agree with that somewhat, I'd say that if a woman wants to be on birth control, myself as a man, has no right to tell her no, regardless of us being a couple or not. I may provide my reasoning as to why she shouldn't or why I don't think she should, but regardless of that, it's her body, her decision.But that should be the decision of the couple, not just one person.

I had an ex girlfriend do that to me as well. That was pretty scary.I've had the issue of my significant other claiming she's taking birth control while she actually isn't.
