Well they had plenty of beer there and I would have drank some but some of the higher up's from work were there too (I dont know why they were invited).. So I didnt drink.

They kept insisting I have some.. Even one of my boss's was drinking and was like T its a party

But I was like No, Im good..



Because if I would have gotten a little buzzed or whatever I would probably end up telling my boss's exactly what I think of them or at least what my drunk self thinks of them... lol.

Plus I had to drive home with my lil one so I didnt want to have to sit around there and wait to sober up to drive home.. I was responsible.

You probably did the right thing. You could have had one drink--just to be sociable. But you acted responsibly and didn't lose your job in the process.....I'm sooooo proud.

I didn't need to have a drink to be social.. I still was..

It just got boring because we were there for hours and started running out of things to talk about.. Lol

Everyone else who was there was Portuguese and didn't speak any English.
