Blow-Dry or Air-dry

Do you blow-dry your hair? Or... Do you let your hair air-dry?

I do both. I try not to blow-dry my hair too much because my hair reacts pretty badly to it. I blow dry cold if I really need to because I can't stand going out with my hair dripping. Otherwise I just let it air dry.

My hair is so thick and long that if I let it air dry, it would take two days..

I towel dry first and then blow-dry.
