Have you ever seen it? When was the last time?

Only ever seen it once. That was because I played around with my computer and must have unknowingly edited some system files.

I saw it twice and then just switched from Windows to Ubuntu.

I've gotten a lot of BSODs over the past. I think at one point I even got a Black Screen of Death

I've seen that twice.

Can't recall having this specific message.

Are you truly locked up or can you bring up task manager? If it's the second, run a virus scan, if it's the first, I'd try the 'restore to an earlier point in time' - you may just have a bad auto update on a driver or such.

After that

Good luck.

Not long ago... I got a note saying the system has crashed. I restarted it again and it said the same thing. All I did was reboot the computer
