What do you eat for breakfast? Do you always eat breakfast?

I tend not to eat breakfast but I got told off the other day for not eating breakfast since apparently it's the most important meal of the day according to my Grandad.

No never, makes me feel really sick. Usually have lunch about 11:30

I do, even if I get up at 11!
Usually it's just two slices of buttered toast though, so nothing too extensive.
