Rice, beans, onions, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and flavorful meat.
Then put the burrito on the grill to have the tortilla all nice and cooked.
I say flavorful because some places will put in some dried out crap in their burritos. Lol.
My fav is either carne asada (beef) or carnitas (shredded pork)

While I was in training at Fort Bliss, Texas, there was this truck that came around to the troops that were training and sell them food...it was called The Indian Boy! They had this kick butt burrito... it had Mexican Rice, Chicken, Spicy Chili) OMG! Delicious! I never thought that would taste right but its delicious!
