Depends, obviously if I was an active member on the forum than there must have been some type of appeal, will this new owner take away that appeal?
Some people have no choice due to RL issues that result in them no longer able to run a forum. If I really like a forum, I'd rather see it sold then have it shut down.
I would stay on and see how the forum is run by the new owner. Sometimes new ownership is good for a forum and sometimes it's not. I would wait it out and see.
