Can somebody be calm and mad at the same time?

This question came up last night at work and started quite a debate.

What do you guys think?

Yes, I am that way.

They are usually the more dangerous of the two.

And, that's me as well.

People who know me know that when I get quieter than usual, to run and hide.

There is two types of anger: implosive and explosive. Some show their anger outwardly and those you can spot and deal with because you can see the issue at hand. Then yo have the implosive anger who conceal their anger so no one can see it till one day they just seem to randomly explode when the truth is it was building up for a long time and only chose that time to expose itself to whoever is the unfortunate one to be the one to set them off.

So yes you can be outwardly calm and internally angry which makes those people the most dangerous of all and that is me as well but I have a handle on it so it doesn't get to that point anymore.
