Can you change your youtube display name?

Hi. I would like to know, is it possible to change my youtube display name and if so, how do I do it?

I've been trying to find something in the settings but I've not had any luck finding it.

Youtube settings > edit on Google+

Before Google got its grubby hands onto Youtube. You couldn't change your name. Now, Google lets you be able to switch from old Youtube name to whatever your Gmail name is. And won't stop bothering you about it either.
