Canned, frozen and processed food?

I think its fine for some stuff (like some frozen fruits and vegetables) are flash frozen right after being picked from the fields so that locks in the fresh nutrients and whatnot. Its not all bad.
Fresh always tastes better in my opinion. I don't like that frozen taste. I can usually tell if something was frozen before being cooked.
Fav canned: tuna, olives, beef stew
Fav processed: cereal, ice cream, ranch dressing (not together though, lol)
Fav frozen: chicken nuggets, french fries, lasagna
