What are a few things you do that help you fall asleep when you cannot?

I actually don't have a problem with sleeping that much but I do have a lack of sleep. That being said, here are some things that can help you out.

sleepyti.me - It calculates what your REM is so you should go to bed and wake up refreshed and not groggy.
rainymood.com - HD rain recording, makes it very relaxed and help you fall asleep.
youtube.com/watch?v=CySNhHVAokQ - Scientifically made to be the most relaxing song ever invented to help you drift off.

For a good night sleep, I tend not to drink any kind of stimulant a good 3/4 hours before bed, this includes tea, coffee, energy drinks or most things that has caffeine in them. Try drinking a glass or warm milk and and do some meditation 20 minutes before bed.
I get into bed 20 minutes before my sleepyti.me calculation to get myself settled in and relaxed, I then play the youtube video and rainymood at the same time and it helps me drift off perfectly!

Hope it helps you out.

Nothing. Being an Insomniac I have this problem often.

I usually have music on when I'm sleeping but I've had sleeping problems since I was young so I take sleeping pills too.

Sometimes I cannot sleep if I am hungry. So a little snack and some background noise (like the TV) will help me sleep.

Usually i read some in my book before i fall asleep. But, ive never really had problems falling asleep, and as i am a very philosophic person i can just lay down and think about everything before i fall asleep.

Hmm. I have really never had problems with my sleep. I usually surf some on my PC before sleeping.:P

I've had many methods over the years. Listening to music, read, taking a walk, watching a boring sitcom like how I met your mother. My last one is going outside for a smoke.
