What do you want to do for a career, and why.

Some sort of Forensics. Since I'm doing a Degree in Forensic Chemistry I'm on the way in achieving that goal. I got interested in Forensics after an attempted burglary at my house and I love Chemistry and decided to combine the two of them to get something good out of my life, as I don't want to be stuck doing dead end jobs that I don't like, as my mother is doing. She doesn't want me doing that either.

IDK yet, to me a job will just be a way to make money. In no way will it become my life.

I want to teach. I've always wanted to teach. I teach. I love my job.

For the past few years of my life I've wanted to do bar work and work in a pub and stuff. I'm really trying to get into that area. I've done bar training so I know a bit about the job, I've seen my parents do it. My mother enjoyed it and I want to give it a try. I'm doing all I can to show people I am willing to take up any training I need to do it, but no-one seems to be giving me the chance!

If that fails, I want to do retail as I've got experience in it, as I did it for my Customer Service apprentaship last year.

I dont really look at my job as a career, just a job.

I want to work with the Police. Firstly as an emergency call taker (then perhaps a dispatcher) before moving onto becoming a police officer. I want to work with the police because I am interested in policing and crime prevention. Also being able to go home at the end of your shift knowing that you've gotten dangerous people off the streets or saved someones life.

Right now, I am about to sit five hours of assessments to be an emergency call taker. Should I do well, I will be selected for a panel interview with police staff and then an offer of employment should the panel see the potential I have.

I'm looking to get into Business Management. I find being in charge of a company or an individual department and improving it's success rate a thrill.

I shall keep you all updated with how it goes. Getting this job would make me the happiest person in the world.

I would like to work as a political writer in somewhat political magazine. I love writing generally and writing in politics mainly.

I've always wanted to be a graphic designer but I suck at drawing. I may delete that thought by locking it in a cave and eating the key and just being a web designer. But all those codes give me nightmares. I actually almost had a dream about PHP trying to kill me. <.< Watched too much NOES I think.

I plan to start my own business as a horticulturist. No plans to make it my life however, i don't live for the job.

I had 5 hours of assessments today. All went fairly well I think. I should hear back in a couple of days whether or not I passed and get to return for a police panel interview.

Professional sport or major in graphic design.

Professional sports isnt really something someone can just say they are going to do then actually do it.

Yeah I know that's true, but it's a goal in my life, and actually IS a job. A job isn't necessarily a career, but you get what I mean. My goal is to go to a Division I school to play a sport, and I already know that is going to happen. This gives me a better chance at a professional sport. Really, you never know what can happen.
