Who likes carrot cake?



This is what I made today:

Yes, I did make it two layers just like the picture on the box. Turned out almost as well as the picture.

Heh I like the icing on carrot cake, but I usually hate carrot since my mum made me drink carrot juice as a kid all the time. Hmm but carrot cake is surprisingly nice.

It is.. It doesnt taste like carrots like most people who havent tried it would think.

Actually some people put tomatoes in chocolate cake. It keeps it moister. You dont even taste it.

Yea. Tomatoes are a fruit. That's OK. But vegetables is just wrong.

Anyway. Carrot cake/Mango-Coconut cake are the only two cakes worth it.
