What is your favorite type of cheese?

I usually just eat cheddar, but I do like some others with certain foods. I like provolone on sandwiches and Parmesan on my spaghetti.

I can't eat alot of cheeses anymore. But I do love Mozerella.

I eat Cheddar, American, Provolone, Pepper-Jack, Havarti, Muenster, Gouda, and Manchego.

I have Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano cheeses on certain foods of Italian cuisine.

Just had a Swiss cheese and ham melt sandwich. The Swiss cheese was very potent.
