Recently, I remembered and thought, why not share it?

Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings, thighs, or drumsticks
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 ginger roots, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans of coconut milk
- 3 chillies, finely chopped

Instructions:
- Heat a frying pan or wok and add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, stir-fry the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chicken, curry powder, tomato paste, and the remaining ingredients.
- Let it simmer for a delightful 30 to 40 minutes.
